Our return policy at 1stincoffee.com allows customers to return items within 30 days of purchase. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged, so we provide the option to request a return. The items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging for a successful return. If the item is defective or damaged, we will gladly cover the return shipping costs. However, if you are returning the item for reasons other than damage or defect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
