Our return policy at 1aauto.com ensures customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 60 days from the date of purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories included. We offer a hassle-free return process, enabling customers to ship back the products using their preferred shipping method. Please note that any returns without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will not be accepted. Once we receive the returned item, we will promptly refund the purchase price, excluding any shipping fees. We strive to provide excellent customer service and aim to make the return process as smooth and seamless as possible for our valued customers.
