Our return policy at 1800postcards.com ensures customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your product. We will gladly work with you to address any concerns or issues. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable. Our goal is to provide a seamless experience and guarantee your happiness with our products.
