Our return policy at 101phones.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, along with all accessories and documentation. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and guide you through the process. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged or defective. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or facilitate an exchange, depending on your preference.
