We purchased two genie garage door opener buttons from Genie Shopify online and need to return them. How do we go about that?

If you purchased items from The Genie Company Shopify online and need to return them, please follow the return policy guidelines. First, ensure the items are unused and in the same condition you received them. They must also be in the original packaging. Then, get in touch with our customer service team who will guide you through the process of obtaining a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Once you get the RMA number, pack your items securely, include any paperwork, and ship them back to the designated address. The Genie Company will process your return and issue a refund according to its return policy. Please remember that return shipping fees may not be covered.
