Hello, my name is Howard L. I emailed you two days ago and I haven't received a response from you yet. My wife and I were set to go on your London, Scotland, and Wales tour from May 17, [redacted], to May 29, [redacted]. Unfortunately, we had to cancel due to illness and filed a claim with Trip Mate Insurance. My policy number is F394H and my claim number is [redacted]. I received two e-checks from them for $[redacted].00 each on Tuesday. Trip Mate Insurance mentioned that I would be receiving a refund from your end for $[redacted].00 each for both myself and my wife, which was confirmed on their Benefit Calculation Sheet. I have yet to hear back from you about these refunds. I would appreciate it if you could let me know when I can expect to receive these payments. Thank you.

I traveled to Egypt on March 2 with plans to return on March 22. However, my trip was shortened by 4 days due to Smart Tours evacuating us from Egypt. Four of us took a 4-day side tour to Alexandria. While my friends received insurance payouts, I have been given the runaround as they claim they do not cover COVID-related issues. We purchased this insurance long before the pandemic. I am seeking a refund of $[redacted].00, as this is why I invested in the insurance. They reimbursed my friends who were also traveling to Alexandria, a destination I would have preferred over the situation I encountered.
