This morning, I placed an order for the dog travel bag for $24.99 to be sent to my daughter's address. The correct shipping address is 38W146 Toms Trail Drive, St. Charles, IL [redacted]. I noticed that the number 4 was omitted due to a sticky key on my keyboard. I tried to edit my order but couldn't find the option. I have sent an instant message and left a voicemail for assistance, and now I'm reaching out through this message to correct the address. If we are billed without receiving the item, we may need to dispute the charge with Visa. Thank you for your quick attention to resolving this issue. - Rose M., Edgerton, WI.

I have been trying to change my password through phone and email communication, reaching out around 5-10 times, but have not been able to speak to a representative as promised. Despite receiving emails assuring me of a password reset link being sent, I never actually receive it. On one occasion, I got a follow-up email within 2 hours, asking to confirm if my issue was resolved, but I am unable to wait for extended periods due to work commitments. In addition to resetting my password, I also need assistance in cancelling an auto delivery on my account.
