The indicator light on my Ifrogz Flex Force Charge earbuds has been continuously on for the past 3 to 4 days. They have stopped connecting to my Samsung S8, which they used to do for about 13 days. When I purchased them, I was advised that they are water-resistant, not waterproof. I wear glasses, so even a light mist affects me (vision impairment).
I mainly use the earbuds while riding a lawnmower, and when I am about 4 to 5 feet away, I experience a lot of interference. I also face similar interruptions when my Samsung S8 is stationary, and I move away from the phone.

I bought a pair of your wireless headphones in March that have been working perfectly until now. Five days ago (October 3, [redacted]), I noticed that one of the earpieces had detached. I have recommended them to a friend due to their quality, and I would appreciate a refund and a replacement. The headphones are the rose gold wireless pair. My case has suddenly stopped working. Even though it indicates it is fully charged, the earbuds do not seem to be charging inside. The white LED light is also not functioning, despite the manual mentioning that it should turn off when the battery is at [redacted]%. Furthermore, I attempted to check the charge by placing the earbuds in the case, but the white LED did not light up. It appears that the case's button is also not responsive. When I place the earbuds in the case, it seems like they are not detecting it or receiving any power. This is concerning as the product is still new. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I bought the Ifrogz Airtime Pro 2 SE earbuds from HSN and received the 2-pack on 12/01/[redacted]. My pair works well for calls, but the one I gave my sister has an issue where she can't hear me when I call her. It's frustrating because she can listen to music, but not for calls. I understand you can't answer calls directly with the earbuds, but this seems like a specific problem. I hope to hear from someone soon to address this.

I purchased the airtime anc product and I am very dissatisfied with this purchase. Initially, I thought the product was defective, so I went to the store and exchanged it. However, after trying the new one, I realized it was the same. The device is advertised to be suitable for sports, which is completely false as it cannot be paused without removing it from the ear. Moreover, it easily slips off, regardless of the ear tips used. Additionally, it does not allow for making calls from the headphones; when attempting to make a call, they disconnect and the phone switches to speaker mode, which is quite annoying. I am truly disappointed with the product.

In December [redacted], I purchased an IFROGZ IMPULSE 2 Headphone set from CarPhoneWarehouse in Dublin. The plastic housing on the side keeps breaking off. The headphones are still under warranty for two years. CarPhoneWarehouse has closed, so I was directed to Curry's, who offered GOKI Headphones as a replacement, which is not suitable. I am requesting a replacement of IFROGZ IMPULSE2 Headphones. If needed, I can provide a video showing the issue. Alternatively, please suggest another store in Dublin for the exchange. Thank you.

Hello,
A friend recently gifted me the iFrogz Airtime Sport wireless earbuds, but I am having trouble connecting them to Bluetooth. I have attempted to connect them to a computer, iPhone, and Android device, but they are not showing up on the list of available devices. I have charged the case and placed both earbuds inside for an extended period. The left earbud shows a white and red light, but the right one does not display any lights. I still cannot connect to them due to them not being visible in the Bluetooth devices list. Any assistance on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
