In November, another delay until December, with a 5% refund offered. December comes, no bedspread. Contacted customer service: conflicting reasons given - manufacturer's mistake, supposed refund, imminent shipping. Item now in stock on website. Can't get through for updates, call backs, or shipping details. Assistance needed!
