Hello, We are from Nordic Nest, a Swedish company seeking to change our telecommunications provider. Currently, we have local numbers in 10 countries through DSTNY. To switch to a new provider, we require numbers for all 13 countries listed in the attached Excel spreadsheet. We wish to avoid toll-free numbers due to high costs, and prefer local numbers. Our call volume ranges from 20,[redacted] to 60,[redacted] calls monthly. We aim to switch to Freshcaller's bring your own carrier service (BYOC) for which DSTNY doesn't cater to our needs. The BYOC requirements include providing phone numbers and IP addresses to Freshcaller. Once we receive the numbers, SIP domains will be generated and forwarded to the carrier for call processing. It is essential for the carrier to support G.[redacted]/μ-law and G.[redacted]/a-law codec for call transmission. Looking for assistance in obtaining numbers or exploring other alternatives to utilize Freshcaller services. Eagerly anticipating your response.
