I placed an order in late December or early January. During my first chat, I was informed that part of the order was on back order, and I would receive it by the end of February. In a second chat, I was assured that my order was in the warehouse and would be shipped in April. I requested a full refund since I still have not received my items. It is now mid-May, and I have not received my order or a refund. I am frustrated as I have been told twice that my items were in the warehouse ready to be shipped. I just want a phone number to speak to a representative and resolve this issue. I only seek a complete refund at this point and do not plan to purchase from this company again unless I can speak with someone directly.

I ordered two dresses for a wedding on August 25 - a size 12 and a size 14. Unfortunately, I received an email stating that the size 12 dress is on backorder. I inquired if I could change the color to expedite the process but did not receive a response. The size 14 dress I did receive was not the one I ordered; instead, I received a plain cream dress. Despite numerous emails to rectify the situation, I keep receiving responses about the backordered item. I want to receive the correct dress I ordered, not the one sent to me in error. I need assistance with my urgent order #[redacted]EFMT. Item number CAND_HRT01_WHT was causing a delay of about 6 weeks. I contacted customer service through the chat room and conveyed my urgency for a wedding overseas on 8/22. I was assured the candle would be sent with the other items. However, upon receiving the package today, the candles were missing. The purchase order also only lists 3 items, excluding the candles. I have emailed but received no response. I urgently require these favors by 8/1 as promised. Your guidance is appreciated.

I ordered 2 white runners on October 4th, but my order shows only 1 white runner listed under order number [redacted]EFMT. Also, I ordered 11 royal blue runners on October 2nd, but my order states 1 royal blue runner and I was overcharged. The correct price should be 79 cents per runner. My name is B. J. Shelton, and I reside at [redacted] Pennsylvania St, Memphis, TN. I plan to return the incorrect items. Please refund the overcharged amount to my card upon receipt of the items. In the meantime, I require you to send me the correct items as requested. Thank you.

This morning, the carrier delivered my package, but unfortunately, she dropped it while I was reaching for it. The box was left dented with a large hole, and one of the glass candles inside was cracked. I took photos of the damage and opened the box from the back to inspect further. I had intended this as a Christmas present, but with the damage, I can't gift it in this condition. What can be done to address this issue?

I encountered a problem with my order, missing over fifty dollars worth of items. Engaging in live chat resolved the issue. However, I faced a second hiccup when I got an email about the missing items being reshipped with different incorrect items. Another chat session rectified this error, with the correct items now being reshaped to me. I'm upset about these mistakes, especially after spending over two hundred and fifty dollars. I believe some form of compensation is warranted for the inconvenience. Although I enjoy shopping at efavormart, these errors have been frustrating. Resolving this matter to my satisfaction will make me a happy customer again and I will continue recommending the site to my friends. Despite these challenges, I acknowledge the site's great prices and products when everything goes smoothly.

I made a purchase on November 25, [redacted]. Daily, I receive emails from Kathy urging me to buy more. How can I consider another purchase when my initial order doesn't have a delivery date? I am disappointed and won't be a repeat customer. It's frustrating not to have a phone number to contact your company for assistance. Unfortunately, I can't locate my order number. The order included round gold and red placemats, along with some other items.

I have encountered an issue with my recent orders. I made two orders totaling over $[redacted].40, but the purple bows for the chairs were not included. My event is in just 4 days, and the lack of response and mixed messages from your customer service team have been frustrating. However, upon checking the boxes, I noticed that not all the items were included as per my order. The purple bows for the chairs were missing, which is crucial for my event. I have ordered 6 gold high back chair covers with rhinestone brooches for my 41-inch dining room chairs, but received 6 white low back chair covers that are too small. I placed an order for a ribbon that needed to be delivered urgently within 48 hours. Unfortunately, the ribbon I received was incorrect; it was supposed to have the name on one side and the date on the other for my project for my daughter-in-law's baby shower. I really need the correct ribbon to be replaced promptly and sent to me within the next 48 hours. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
