eClinicalWorks Customer Service Issues

Hello, I'm new to using eClinicalWorks, and I work for a pain clinic in Tulsa. There are a lot of things I don't know how to navigate, like pushing labs into patient charts or accessing the right chart panel to input the lab results. I've tried watching YouTube videos to familiarize myself with the system, but they mostly focus on UTI or urgent care facilities, not what I need. It's challenging to make my work faster without this knowledge. Also, there are documents I can't access when entering patient information from paper to the ECW system. At Omega Practice Management in Tulsa, Oklahoma, my name is Tamika, and I'm eager to use the system correctly. The training I received from another staff member seemed insufficient, leaving me unsure about various tasks.

I feel inadequately trained by a previous staff member and am struggling with navigating the system. I have trouble accessing certain documents and need guidance on entering patient charting information from paper to the ECW system. I am particularly in need of instructions on how to delete a patient account. Can someone please direct me to resources where I can get help and additional training on using eClinicalWorks effectively? Thank you.
