For the past six months, Zurich in Ecuador has been unable to repair my car following an accident. I have contacted Zurich Customer Service in Ecuador with no success.
My car is missing the main fuse panel, and they claim they cannot locate one for my vehicle. They have suggested I purchase a used part instead of a new one.
Every time I call, I encounter new excuses. I require assistance from someone at Zurich's home office to help their Ecuador branch resolve this issue.
I have three vehicles covered by Zurich auto insurance and will seek a new provider if this level of service continues. Despite Valeria Ortega (Zurich Ecuador) assuring me the problem would be fixed in September, I recently received a call from the repair garage requesting me to buy a second-hand part for the repair.
I urgently need help to resolve this matter and get my car back in working condition. The customer service here lacks the necessary skills to effectively handle your customers and uphold the company's reputation.

I need assistance with a situation involving the return of a rental car at Larnaca Airport. The car was returned in good condition, as confirmed by the Sixt employee. However, the next day, I received a document listing damages that were not discussed during the inspection. The signature on the document is not mine, although I did sign a blank screen on the employee's phone as instructed. If my deposit is not refunded due to these false claims, I will have to rely on Full Protection Insurance to cover the deposit amount.
