After installing Zone Alarm on my second computer, I am experiencing issues where the letters appearing on the screen do not match what I type on the keyboard. This problem is hindering my ability to communicate effectively. Additionally, there seems to be a misunderstanding regarding the charges for installing the software on a second computer. I was under the impression that I could use it on multiple devices without extra fees. I have an existing account with Zone Alarm under the name Michael M., located at 7 Vineyard Place, Asheville, NC. The product in question is Zone Alarm Extreme Security.

I used to be a ZoneAlarm user from the late 90s up to [redacted] when the software started slowing down my PC significantly. I gave it another shot when Windows 8 was released, but couldn't even get it to load properly. I remember the feature they had back in 2[redacted] where hackers would be redirected to a dead space, and I thought that was brilliant. I'm currently running an AMD Phenom 6-core with 8GB of RAM, and it handles applications well with three monitors.
My concern now is whether ZoneAlarm will affect my low-end gaming setup performance like it did before, compared to Norton which is running smoothly. I want to switch back to ZoneAlarm, but only if I can be guaranteed that it will provide secure protection like Norton without consuming too many resources and slowing down my computer like it used to. I've had bad experiences in the past, so I'm hesitant to take the risk again.
