Ziply Customer Service Issues

Since Christmas, we've had three different technicians come out to fix our ongoing issue. The problem persists with either no dial tone or just static. After a short period of service restoration lasting 1 to 3 days, the problem resurfaces consistently. It's becoming quite inconvenient. Cell phone service is also unreliable in our area, making it difficult to contact Ziply for help. A friend drove 25 miles to check on us, and we briefly had a dial tone but returned to static after 45 minutes. Our upcoming payment is due soon, and we find it unfair to pay for such poor service quality. Attempts to reach the help line through chat were unsuccessful as no one responded, which was frustrating. It would be beneficial to have an efficient way to communicate with customers experiencing service interruptions.

I switched from Ziply to Spectrum at the end of January [redacted]. I terminated my service with Ziply over the phone on 2/17/23. Despite receiving monthly emails from them, the latest one shows a credit of $[redacted].02 on my account. However, I then received a bill on March 7 for $[redacted].18. I've been unsuccessful in reaching customer service at [redacted]. When I press 3 to disconnect service, the call ends, and I'm unable to access the chat function either. How can I resolve this issue and stop Ziply from billing me and withdrawing money from my account after I've already canceled their service?
