Zinio Customer Service Issues

I have a subscription to Bead and Button via Zinio. Initially, I subscribed with my old email, [redacted], but later switched to [redacted], my current email. To maintain my subscription, I updated my username on Zinio. After receiving the first two issues, the subsequent releases have not appeared, causing me to fall behind by two issues. Now, I am unable to log in using either of my usernames. I would appreciate assistance in accessing my library, including the missing issues. Thank you.

Hello - I am having trouble accessing my digital version of EW. My account number is #0[redacted] [redacted]#EW. I have already tried signing out and back in, as well as deleting and reinstalling the app. I previously received advice to sync my library in account preferences, which I did, but I still can't view the latest edition. I recently subscribed to Zinio after receiving the hard copy of People Magazine. After downloading the app, I noticed that I can only access the December 2, [redacted], issue. Despite paying $[redacted].95 for the digital subscription, I am unable to download other issues. Upon trying to access them, I'm prompted to either subscribe or purchase them. I have tried looking for assistance in the Help section, but I haven't been able to find a solution. I'm looking for guidance on how to download the later issues of People Magazine.
