I recently had a visit from a Ziggo representative that I would like to address. The representative came to my house three times within 6 hours, with the last visit occurring at 9:00 PM, which I consider too late. During the final visit, the representative asked me inappropriate questions like wanting to have coffee together or inquiring about my marital status, making me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. I would like to report this incident to ensure it does not happen again to me or anyone else. Thank you for your assistance.

I am encountering an issue with Outlook [redacted] where I am unable to send emails due to an encryption or authentication error (0x800CCC80). Despite attempting to reset it and trying various solutions on my Ziggo account, nothing has worked so far. I did notice that yesterday, after rebooting my computer, Chrome was updated. There was also a notice about Chrome when I checked my Ziggo account online. Could this be the root of the problem? I am hoping to speak with a representative over the phone to address this encryption/authentication issue promptly.

Hello, I wanted to inform you that our Ziggo account has been closed as we have moved out of the Netherlands. Currently, there is a pending refund from Ziggo to our account. Despite sending four reminders over the past 1.5 months, we have not received any response to our emails. We no longer have access to the local mobile number, making it impossible to log in. International calls are costly, so contacting them in this way is not feasible. I am hoping that someone from the Ziggo team can assist us with this matter.
