I have recently discovered that fluoride is reportedly added to your "natural" spring water. Studies have shown that fluoride does not offer any dental health benefits and is considered toxic to the human body. If there is indeed fluoride in your bottled spring water, it questions the accuracy of your product labeling. I would like clarification on whether fluoride is added to your water, as my family and extended families collectively consume 56 gallons of Zepherillis "natural spring" bottled water per week. If fluoride is present, we will have to discontinue our purchases. This information is vital for us to make informed decisions about the products we choose to buy, and we rely on your prompt response for clarification.

I recently received a Zephyrhills carton #[redacted] with 6 one-gallon containers of Spring Water. Although the carton had a few minor dents, upon opening it, everything seemed fine. However, after using one container, I discovered the next one was 3/4 empty, yet the seal was intact. When I rotated the container, water dripped from a one-inch crease on the side. Another carton had a similar crease under the label, causing no leakage. It seems the damage occurred during automated packaging, as the bottom of the carton was stained. I wanted to report this issue to ensure it's not a common packaging fault leading to water wastage. I have included the bar code info and can provide photos if needed. Thank you, Rosalie.
