When my phone is turned off, all my callers receive an out-of-service message instead of the smart greeting that is set as default on my YouMail account. Initially, when I signed up for YouMail, they were able to hear the smart greeting. I am currently using a Safelink phone and accessing YouMail through the website because my phone does not support apps. As a visually impaired user, I navigate the site using the NVDA screen reader with the Brave browser. Despite attempting to submit a support ticket on the website, I did not receive confirmation that my request was successfully sent, even after passing the audio Captcha verification twice. Since I rely on the free version of YouMail and cannot utilize live chat or phone support, I am trying to address this issue here. I have added contacts, including my mother's landline, but callers are still receiving the out-of-service message when they call from her number.

I am having an issue with your company's hacking of people's phones. Someone installed something on my phone without my consent and accessed all my messages. I need to know who did this. Instead of involving the police, I want to resolve this with you directly. Please contact me at [redacted]. I need to speak with a live person to address this situation. This intrusion has caused significant distress in my relationship, leading to unnecessary mental anguish. It created suspicions within my marriage that were unfounded. I demand answers from your company. Either disclose the responsible party or prepare to face the consequences.
