I initially intended to pay for Yext services weekly but was billed for the entire year, which caused an overdraft in my account. I wish to cancel my subscription promptly as dealing with Yext has been unsatisfactory, particularly regarding cancellations. This experience has been frustrating and time-consuming, and I aim to get a refund promptly as this subscription issue has resulted in several overdraft fees. Overall, I am disappointed in the service provided by Yext.
