I've noticed that the items in my shopping cart have varying shipping times. Some items ship in 24 hours, while others take 1-2 days or more. Will these items arrive in separate packages on different days, or will they all come together in one package on the same day? I'm concerned about handling fees at my location, so I'd like to clarify if I'll be charged multiple handling fees for the different shipments of the same order.

I am contacting you to request the cancellation of my most recent order. The problem arose when I tried to apply discount codes during the checkout process on your website. Despite following the steps correctly and adding the codes, they were not reflected in the final total of the order due to a technical issue. As a result, the order was processed without the discounts I intended to receive, leading to a higher total amount than anticipated.

I recently purchased trousers from YESSTYLE, but they don't fit. I need to return them, and I printed the return code. However, DHL and Hermes couldn't scan the code. I contacted YESSTYLE via email but received an unhelpful response. I eventually had to manually write the address on the parcel and give it to Hermes. Today, the package was returned with a note saying it couldn't be delivered to the address. I'm frustrated and running out of time dealing with this issue. How can I successfully return the packet to YESSTYLE?

Hello, I made a purchase from YESSTYLE two months ago and initially everything was going smoothly. To ensure the package was sent to a different address, I updated the delivery information to my friend's house for personal reasons. Unfortunately, I recently received an email stating that my order was returned to the sender. The email did not provide any reasons for the return or instructions on how to arrange redelivery. I was informed that if I didn't resolve the issue with the carrier (aus post) myself, YESSTYLE would not be responsible for issuing a refund or organizing a redelivery. I am feeling quite lost at the moment as I am unsure of the next steps to take and whom to reach out to for assistance.

The box has my details, but the receipt inside belongs to someone else with a different order number. I've been attempting to reach YesStyle customer service for the past three days, but have only received an automated response with a brief "we'll look into it." Prior to that, I tried reaching out to the shipment company, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response.
It appears that my package was delivered to the wrong address, and despite my efforts, nobody seems to be taking action. Given that it has been a week since the delivery mishap, I fear the package may have been stolen by now, especially since I have not received any communication regarding my concern.
I kindly request assistance in locating the package and delivering it to the correct address, resending the package, or providing a refund. I acknowledge that YesStyle serves many customers, but it has already been a month since I placed the order, and my previous order arrived without any issues.

Hello, I received my order number [redacted]4, and unfortunately, there was an error. I ordered two nail polishes from Canmake, specifically in the colors N29 "Milk syrup" and N70 "Rose milk tea." I received the first one as expected, but the second polish was incorrect. Instead of the Canmake polish, I received a bottle from a different brand called "Ducato" in a shade similar to the first one I received. I recently received a package that had my details on it, but the contents were meant for someone else. Similarly, the person who received my package had her details labeled on it, but the contents were not hers. Our orders got mixed up somehow.
I kindly request a new correct order to be sent out with the order number: [redacted]1. I expect to receive this replacement free of charge, including shipping and any other fees. The other individual involved should also be entitled to the same resolution.

It was supposed to be shipped by 5th of September but has been stuck in the ready-to-ship status for about a week now. The other order was placed on 01/09 under order number [redacted]2, also for Nicole Nicolaou, expected to be shipped by 3rd of September, but it's also been stuck in the ready-to-ship status for a week. I am leaving to study in a different country in a week and I need these items before I go.
