I made a purchase on 12/1/[redacted], but have yet to receive it. Despite sending two emails and making three calls, I have not received any responses. My order number is 2[redacted]33. FedEx once again seems to have lost my packages. I am requesting a refund of $[redacted].98. FedEx has not provided any delivery updates, and each day the delivery date gets postponed. The package has been in transit from the same location since December 7th, which should only be about an hour's drive. Kindly process the refund of $[redacted].98, and you may pursue FedEx for reimbursement. I am frustrated with the prolonged wait.
