I recently purchased the Mi 10 and enjoyed using the super wallpapers on my phone for the first few days. However, when I tried to download a new theme, it stated it wasn't compatible with my MIUI 12 software. Despite the warning, I proceeded with the installation. Now, when I try to go back to the super wallpapers, my phone is experiencing issues. It's slow to close, icons linger for a moment even after closing, and there's a strange image of Earth appearing on the screen. I'm hoping someone can assist me with resolving these problems. My Redmi Note 9 Pro got damaged when it fell on hard ground, causing charging issues. Despite changing the back cover, I couldn't charge it. After trying to troubleshoot by turning it off, the phone wouldn't power on. Professional repair services were unable to fix it. This incident occurred four months ago, and the phone remains unusable. I am seeking assistance to resolve the charging problem and restore the phone to working condition.

Hello, I own a Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite. I have tried five different SD Cards, all with high read and write speeds, but I am unable to install anything on either internal or external storage. Despite only using 16% of the storage, the phone displays "not enough space available." Most of my favorite applications are now unusable due to this issue. Xiaomi's customer service has been unresponsive. Even after using a recommended Samsung Pro SD Card, the problem persists. The phone suggests that the SD Card may not have enough speed. Hello! I own a Redmi 9T with MIUI Global 12.0.2 in Russia. I am experiencing issues with notifications for email apps like Gmail, Mail.ru, and Yandex Mail, as well as messaging apps such as Whatsapp and Viber. Despite having all notification permissions enabled, autorun activated, and apps pinned in RAM, I do not receive notifications for new messages. After the phone is idle for about 15 minutes, upon unlocking the screen, a flood of notifications arrives as if the Internet was just reconnected. This disruption is inconvenient as vital messages could be missed. I have attempted to reset settings and download full firmware without success. I kindly request a prompt resolution to this matter. I installed Family Link on my daughter's new phone; she is 10 years old. Unfortunately, someone has hacked into my Google account, causing me to lose access to my primary Gmail account. As a result, I am unable to make changes on her phone. Despite reaching out to Google support for help in recovering my Gmail account and removing Family Link, I have not found a resolution yet. I am desperate to remove Family Link from my daughter's phone, as she is understandably upset. I have also posted my issue on the Google Community Help forum but have not received any assistance so far. I have a Xiaomi MI 10T that has been experiencing microphone issues since the MIUI GLOBAL 12.1.3 update. Despite attempting a factory restore initially, the problem persisted. Even connecting an external microphone did not resolve the issue. The microphone has ceased to function for calls, messages, and all applications. This problem arose following the update to MIUI GLOBAL 12.1.3, and I believe it may be a software bug. I am hopeful for a solution from your end.

Hello, my Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 suddenly turned off last night while charging, and now displays a message saying "the system has been destroyed." I can't use my phone at all and attempted to request an unlock from Xiaomi, but I'm unable to verify my number as it's not accessible. I use my phone daily, even at work, and need a solution quickly as I don't want to purchase a new one. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Two weeks ago, I contacted Xiaomi (through my Three shop) about a faulty on/off button, which was verified by the shop. I provided my email address and was expecting an email to be sent for further instructions on returning my phone for repair. Unfortunately, I have not received any email despite multiple attempts to follow up. I suspect there may have been an error in recording my email address during the call. I have already checked my spam folder without any luck. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. E. Hello, I am currently unable to unlock my phone, as it is requesting my Mi Account password which I do not recall setting up during the phone's purchase. I have attempted to reset the password, but I am unable to complete the verification process without the original UK SIM card. Additionally, trying to change the recovery phone information has not been successful since I lack the necessary details for verification. Xiaomi was unable to confirm my identity as I cannot provide the required device number visible on the phone or accessible from within the device. Not having access to my phone and its contents is causing me significant inconvenience since it unexpectedly locked without prior notice. I have been using Xiaomi phones for a while now and have recommended them to my friends. However, I have encountered some issues with the company not taking responsibility when my phone was hacked and went into lost mode. I had to buy a new Xiaomi phone, but it faced similar problems soon after activation. The phone kept going into lost mode, and despite my efforts to troubleshoot online, I did not receive any assistance from the store I purchased it from. When I approached the showroom, they asked for payment to resolve the issue, and advised against updating the phone as it would trigger the lost mode. I am concerned about the lack of responsibility Xiaomi is showing towards its products and customers. I bought a red Mi phone two months ago for my wife in India, but upon arrival, none of the sims worked. When I visited the authorized Redmi service center, they rudely mentioned that since I purchased the phone in Dubai, they couldn't assist me. Frustrated, I bought a new phone for my wife. Recently, after two months of use, the phone's sound stopped working from both ends. Despite reaching out to customer care via WhatsApp, I received no satisfactory response. It's disappointing that a phone would malfunction so quickly, and the guest service has been awful. I will give them a few more days to resolve the issue, but if not, I plan to take the matter to the consumer court in Dubai to seek reimbursement for my money and time.

I recently reached out to Epic Games customer support regarding downloading Fortnite on my Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 4GB mobile phone. Although the Epic Games app indicates that my device is not supported, I previously downloaded the game from a different source and it worked fine. I am seeking assistance in determining if there is a way to play Fortnite on my Note 9 device through the official app store. Perhaps Xiaomi could collaborate with Epic Games to enable the game to be played on my device. I appreciate any help or guidance you can offer on this matter.

Hello. I purchased my mobile phone (POCO F4 6gb/128gb) in August, and so far, it has been performing exceptionally well. However, I am facing 3 issues. 1) One significant problem is that the Miui 14 update notification appeared a few days ago, disappeared shortly after, reappeared after 2 days, disappeared again, and now for a few days, the update has not come through, and I am still on Miui 14. 2) Many apps like Google Play Store, Gmail, Messenger, and Contacts have not updated their icons despite regular app updates. 3) Several Xiaomi and non-Xiaomi apps appear as if they are not updated, even though they receive updates normally, unlike on other phones. Question: Will factory resetting help resolve these issues? Or will it make it worse leading to the deletion of important files? Please consider the above and thank you in advance.

I used to have a Private Folder in my Files Manager app. This folder was accessed by sliding the screen down and entering a password pattern. I had important things stored there. While cleaning my phone this morning, I mistakenly deleted folders in the Files Manager app that appeared to have 0 data. After doing this, I discovered my Private Folder was empty. I am unsure of what happened exactly, but I urgently need to retrieve the contents of my Private Folder. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I purchased a Xaiomi electric scooter 4 pro. I have installed the Mi Home application on my phone but I am unable to pair it with the scooter. When I try to connect in the app, it asks me for a 6-digit code. I seem to have misplaced it, most likely during unpacking. I also attempted to reset the scooter by pressing the brake, accelerator, and control panel simultaneously while the scooter was turned off, but it did not work. I recently got your impressive MIreader Pro 7.8 inches, and I can't figure out how to change the language settings to Portuguese. I don't want to return it, so I'm seeking assistance to resolve this issue. I've previously used Bookeen and Kindle, but I find yours superior. I attempted to use Google Lens without success. Additionally, switching to landscape mode is challenging, and enlarging parts of the screen in this orientation seems impossible. I require it for reading music sheets.
