I have spent a significant amount on Wyndham hotels, as we aim to remain loyal to your brand. Despite our loyalty, recent stay at Super 8 on [redacted] Bixler Rd in Indianapolis was subpar. We experienced three nights without hot water and the breakfast, as advertised on the website, was also unavailable. I have been patient, but the resolution process is frustratingly slow. Dealing with a robot instead of a person has only added to the problem. I kindly request for these issues to be resolved promptly.
