I bought four watches, two were perfect, but one did not work (sent for repair, reference Genesis Vision White) for a gift. The other watch, Voyager Brown Genuine Leather Black Dial SS, was not as expected, with a thin, opaque lens and a different size than pictured. I want to return it and exchange it for another model; I have emailed but received no clear response or guidance. I feel there is no follow-up or product warranty. I wish to exchange it for a Fossil JR1437. My order number is PW[redacted]6.
