I have not received any response to my tickets, online chat request, or phone call to customer support. I contacted the head of PR with no reply and had my fiancée create a character in-game to reach out. Despite a Blizzard support agent's efforts to help me, I am currently blocked from my account due to login errors. I hope for a resolution soon as I just want to enjoy playing the game. I will check for updates tomorrow. I am worried they might view me negatively despite being patient. Thank you for your assistance. Once everything is resolved, what is the next step? I would like to inquire why there was no notification regarding the alteration of the Battle of Stormgarde, requiring an Item level of [redacted] for entry. On Sunday, I had each of my five characters ready to participate, but on Tuesday, the requirements changed unexpectedly. I had planned to rotate through my characters over the next few days to acquire items, but now three of them are unable to join. This lack of warning is disappointing as I would have prioritized playing these characters if I had known about the change. I've been a dedicated player for over 8 years, and incidents like this are frustrating when not pre-informed. Are there any compensatory measures being considered for the time lost with my other three characters?

Hello, I have recently received a suspension on my World of Warcraft account for disruptive gameplay. My account, linked to [redacted], has been suspended for three days. The reason cited was my refusal to comply with a group of players on the server Blaumeux who were attempting to dictate my actions in PvP rankings. Despite my efforts to play independently, the group orchestrated mass reports against me, resulting in my suspension. I believe this action is unjust and am seeking assistance in having my suspension lifted promptly. The generic email notification I received did not provide sufficient details on the violation. I am eager to clarify my situation to Blizzard if given a clearer explanation. It is disheartening to face such hostility from a larger guild while striving to progress in the game. Your help in addressing this matter and reversing the suspension would be greatly appreciated. I have dedicated significant time and effort to achieve my desired ranking and hope to resume playing soon. Thank you.

I have been attempting to locate my previous characters on multiple accounts. After checking, I discovered that my characters are missing from my oldest account. I currently have three emails linked to different accounts. Upon selecting "change realm" in the shop using the recently subscribed account, I encountered a character on a non-existent realm. I suspect my characters may be on one of the other two accounts associated with the emails I've used over the years. The email addresses linked to my accounts are [redacted] and [redacted] My main request is to regain access to my high-level warlock character.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to review my request for help. I have been actively playing World of Warcraft for the past few months. I have invested my time and money into this new hobby, purchasing a new computer, keyboard, mouse, and adding funds to my WoW account. I am experimenting with a new keyboard and mouse that allow for customized key bindings. I recently received an email from Blizzard stating: "Account Action: Account Closure Offense: Exploitative Activity: Unauthorized Cheat Programs (Hacks)." I am unsure if the use of customizable keyboard and mouse, utilizing Blizzard's services for in-game currency, or even the use of add-ons triggered Blizzard to ban my account. I want to clarify that I am an honest player both in real life and in-game. I do not cheat and simply wish to continue enjoying the game with fellow players who appreciate the experience I bring. I feel disheartened and wronged by Blizzard's decision to ban my account, especially since I have been a loyal supporter and investor in their product. It is disheartening to be labeled a cheater and lose access to my account, for which I have paid generously. Thank you, Jimsim

As a longstanding player of WOW, I have recently returned to find that my Guild Master position has been taken, despite no other active players in the guild besides myself. I kindly request assistance in restoring my rightful status within the guild. Over the years, I have put effort into building up the account and I wish to continue playing regularly without having to start anew. The current player who holds the title, ZORENA, seems willing to return it if contacted but unfortunately, I have no means of reaching out to her as she is rarely online. I've spent the last 24 hours playing a Mage on hardcore servers without any issues until reaching Hillsbrad on my way to defeat the councilmen. Once I reached the steps, I encountered a bug where my character data got stuck even though I was trying to run away. Despite the game declaring my death, I could still communicate with my friends through whispers. This feels unjust, and it seems like the past day of gameplay was taken from me. I want to contest this wrongful death if there's any way to do so.
