I am frustrated with not receiving energies from my team mates' drinks consistently. Last night, 4 were unaccounted for at 15 points each. Also, when I bought items to lower my flower count to advance to the next level, 7 mature items did not deduct [redacted] flowers from the total count. I have reached out to customer support but have been ignored. I need these deductions corrected within 24 hours to progress and assist my team. If not, I will report this to various authorities. I have updated to the new version and cleared space on my phone, but the issue persists. I have invested a lot of money into this game and expect resolution promptly.

I am experiencing ongoing issues in receiving the correct amount of energies in the game I play. Despite having 14 players serving 3 drinks each daily, I am not receiving the full 15 points for each drink as expected. Additionally, there have been instances where I make purchases to mature items, and although the flower count should decrease by [redacted] points due to 7 items matured at 30 points each, it remains unchanged at [redacted]. I have reached out to customer service multiple times with no resolution. I have followed all recommended troubleshooting steps, and even spent a significant amount of money on in-game purchases. I am frustrated with the lack of response and action. I wish to speak with a competent supervisor regarding these persistent issues.

I reached out to wooga on April 6th regarding a refund for four June's Journey transactions. I mentioned my serious mental health issues and requested a prompt resolution. Despite a follow-up on April 11th, I'm still waiting for a response as of today, April 12th. It has been six days and my refunds have not been processed. The delay in refunding the money spent on these virtual games is distressing. I believe I should also receive compensation for the stress and upset caused by this unfortunate situation. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of resolution. I am hopeful for a speedy resolution today.

I participated in this weekend's competition, but when I clicked on the icon and my ticket was split, the loading circle kept spinning for 15 seconds before I could start playing. After my time was up, the message board incorrectly showed that I played the competition twice, which is not true. I have a screenshot as proof. I've been dealing with this reload issue for several weeks now. I've tried factory resetting, reinstalling and uninstalling the app, clearing caches, and even contacted my WiFi provider who confirmed everything is working fine. I've also checked for updates, but there are none available. This issue happens on all my devices, including my Amazon Fire. Every time I open a scene, the game reloads and I lose energy. It's incredibly frustrating, and I've lost a significant amount of progress because of this. The same thing happens with my set-top box - constant reloads and being booted out of the game. I'm at my wit's end and considering quitting altogether. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Whenever I attempt to decrease the number of lightning bolts or view an ad to receive extra help or additional flowers in the aviary, the game freezes. This forces me to exit the game and restart. In Irene's Choice, I have to play with 14 blue lightning bolts instead of 9 per turn, and in the regular game, I have to use 15 instead of 10 bolts. While it sometimes functions correctly, lately it's more often not working than working. I am unsure if the issue lies with my computer or if there is a glitch in the program. Kindly address this matter as it is quite bothersome, and I truly enjoy playing this game. Thank you.

I'm disappointed with the recent update in the club mysteries. Changing the exchange of unused badges to coins instead of energy is frustrating. Collecting coins is not as valuable as conserving energy or getting diamonds, which are used to buy badges. It would be fairer to allow the exchange for either energy or diamonds, more in line with the actual badge transactions. Coins don't serve any purpose when it comes to badges.
