Order number [redacted] needed to be adjusted after my PayPal account was charged. I was informed that my PayPal account would be refunded in the next billing cycle for $[redacted].30. The charge originally was $[redacted].04, but the invoice was corrected to $[redacted].74. I am eager to know when and how I will receive my credit. I have some items I want to purchase, but I prefer to wait until this issue is sorted out. I would be happy with a PayPal credit or store credit. Thank you, - LW

I ordered two Christmas ornaments for my grandchildren a month ago but just received my package on 12/14. Unfortunately, I received one small blue ornament and one large blue ornament instead of the two large ornaments in red and blue I initially ordered. The shipping was slow, and the wrong items were disappointing. I now need to purchase two new ornaments to ensure each grandchild has a matching set. I believe I should be refunded the price difference between the small and large ornaments due to this mix-up.
