I ordered four items from your company but discovered that they were sent to the incorrect address. I received an email stating that the items have been shipped, and though I tried to address the issue through the cart, it appeared to be empty. Please rectify this promptly by resending the items or correcting the address. I am unhappy with this mistake and may not order from you again if it is not resolved. I expect a response within the next two days, or I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. Kindly resolve this promptly as I should not have to pay for items that have been shipped to the wrong location. This will be my final email regarding this matter. I am experiencing issues with two missing orders. I purchased a Huawei P20 Pro for $[redacted].00, but unfortunately, the phone is not functioning in Canada. I have all necessary documents in my computer files. I am frustrated with the run-around from customer service, being directed to provide my bank statement repeatedly. I will wait for the remaining order, but if not resolved, I will take my $[redacted].00 to $[redacted].00 monthly shopping elsewhere. This has been ongoing for three months now, and I am deeply disappointed in the company's treatment of customers. As a 69-year-old disabled individual, I have never felt so disheartened. I placed an order on November 20th, [redacted], which was reflected in my account on November 22nd, [redacted], with the total cost of $85.90 deducted from my bank account. Despite the payment, I have not yet received the items from this order as of April 24th, [redacted]. The phone and email address I used at the time are no longer active. I am seeking either a refund for the undelivered items or delivery of the items I purchased. Additionally, I believe I should receive compensation for the stress, unavailability of funds, lack of received items, and inconvenience caused. This situation has been distressing, troubling, and has significantly impacted my life in various ways.

I ordered the Fashion Women Two-pieces Casual Sleeveless Vest Pocket Strappy Beach Sundress in burgundy and blue on January 31, [redacted], for a wedding in May. The original delivery date was set for February 28, but it changed to March 7. I have not received them yet, and the order status says to contact support within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. I have been trying to contact support for a while now without success. I'm disappointed that all other orders from wish.com arrived on time except for these dresses. I am now requesting a full refund for both items as it's too late for me to receive them in time for my trip.

I encountered an issue while trying to purchase two blouses, resulting in unintentionally ordering four. The blouses are visually appealing; however, the material is too sheer, requiring an additional layer despite the design. As a result, I would like to return all four items. Unfortunately, I discarded the packaging from the first two blouses, thinking I would keep them. I still have the packaging for the additional two blouses. How can I coordinate the return for all four? The quick shipping was appreciated, but I would prefer to receive a refund to explore other items, like the jewelry in my shopping cart. I ordered a Galaxy S5 travel charger on March 15, [redacted], with fast shipping to [redacted] Lake Elmo Dr. The item did not arrive as scheduled on March 20, [redacted]. I have contacted them multiple times from my account [redacted] without success. I was instructed to wait until 30 days after the purchase for a resolution. Unfortunately, I can no longer access the [redacted] account as it's on my missing phone. Please send the charger to my current communication email [redacted] I also need an S5 battery. I haven't received the purchased item yet, the wish tracking system says it's delivered, but unfortunately, I haven't received anything. My order was placed on February 18, [redacted]. Store: EDGGZET. After requesting a refund for the item not received, I got blocked due to excessive refunds. About 10 days later, they marked it as delivered, but I still haven't received anything. I'm also concerned about my upcoming purchases; what should I do if the products don't arrive? Do I lose everything? How can I place other orders? Is it possible to have an automated assistant that doesn't allow expressing your request? It only follows its instructions. I would appreciate being contacted by a real assistant over the phone so we can clearly discuss where is the proof that I received this item if I haven't? To whom was the package containing the Micro-SD card delivered?

I recently placed an order for multiple clothing items on Wish, all in size 2XL. Unfortunately, upon receiving the items, I discovered that none of them fit even though they were labeled as 2XL. The packages seemed to have come from China. I tried reaching out to Wish customer service both through the provided phone number and the support on the website. After some effort, I was informed that I would be refunded for one item. I made three orders on Wish using my credit card, but each time my bank declined the charge due to an incorrect expiration date. Wish notified me via email that the card was rejected because of this issue. Despite my attempts to resolve it by contacting Wish, the problem persisted. Wish informed me that the previous orders were canceled and advised me to use a different card for a new order. Following their suggestion, I placed a new order using a different card. However, I have since received items from the supposedly canceled orders, including three hearing aids, four TV antennas, and three ladies' bathing suits of the same color. I purchased multiple items, paid for them, but never received them. Following the app's instructions, I allowed additional time, causing me to miss the refund deadline. I refuse to accept this as theft and am prepared to seek legal action with my lawyer for each missing item. My primary goal is to get a refund. I am open to receiving it in Wish cash. I've been waiting for over a year for more than 6 items. The app's contradictory messages led to this issue. I demand a prompt response as this situation is completely unacceptable. If necessary, I can provide a list of the items I never received from my order history. I am deeply disappointed in Wish's customer service.

I purchased a smart P20 mobile phone from Wish around Christmas. The phone started malfunctioning after a month - downloading apps by itself, playing music randomly, and not allowing me to turn off the alarm. I have contacted Wish multiple times, but now when I try to reach out through the app, it only leads me to the terms and conditions section. The phone even overheated dangerously one Sunday. I returned it to the seller for a full refund, including the £9.10 shipping cost. I believe this is a safety issue, and I expect a refund as the phone is still under a 12-month warranty. I am experiencing an issue with my order not being received. After reporting the problem, I was informed that a refund would be processed within 3 business days. Despite this, I have checked my bank account regularly and there has been no refund credited. This has occurred multiple times in the past and each time the company claims to refund the money, but no funds are actually received. I purchased a unicorn backpack, one for my daughter and one for myself, yet only my daughter's backpack arrived. I am still waiting for mine. It is frustrating to be told a refund has been issued when my bank account shows a balance of zero. If a refund was truly made, there should be money in my account as promised.

I recently purchased a smartphone P20 from Wish, and initially, it worked fine. However, after a month, it started downloading unwanted material on its own and had an issue with the alarm setting which I couldn't turn off. Despite contacting Wish after the 30-day refund period, they reassured me. Wish contacted the seller and sent me an SD card that did not resolve the problems. I attempted a factory reset, but the issues recurred within a few weeks. I believe the phone is still under warranty, not just the 30-day return policy. I've contacted Wish multiple times, but they keep directing me to the order page. After the phone overheated and the wire was hot to touch, I sent photos to Wish. I returned the phone at my expense, hoping for a resolution. Despite my efforts, Wish keeps advising me to refer to their terms and conditions. I did not receive 11 items I ordered. Tracking indicates they were returned to sender or never left China. It has been over 30 days, considering delays due to a postal strike and the holiday rush. I was unaware WISH would not assist after this period. Their refund policy is 30 days from delivery, which did not occur in this case. Can a supervisor or someone help contact the sellers to arrange for the missing items to be resent? This was my first experience with WISH, and I am disappointed that my money will not be refunded, and no assistance is offered due to waiting too long for the items to arrive.
