I placed an order and paid for it. However, Wish charged me again for the same 2 items I had already ordered. My credit card company stopped the payment for the extra order I did not make. I received one item from that order and am still waiting for the second one. I am willing to return the items I did not order. Could you please provide a free shipping label for me to send them back when the next one arrives? I cannot place any new orders until this issue is resolved. I used to recommend Wish to my friends, but now I'm hesitant due to difficult communication. I am a loyal Amazon Prime customer and have never faced such problems with them. I seem to have encountered an issue with my recent order. Instead of receiving the car flea and tick treatment I ordered, I believe I was sent the dog version of the product by mistake.
Additionally, a GoPro-type camera was marked as delivered, but I did not make this purchase, nor did I receive the item. Despite the 30-day period passing, this unauthorized delivery has caused confusion as I was not anticipating it.
I kindly request a refund for the camera I did not order and expect to receive the cat flea treatment I originally purchased without incurring additional charges. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I placed an order over a month ago, and after complaining about a delayed delivery, the date was changed. The package is untrackable, and despite inquiries, I haven't received it. It seems unlikely it will arrive in time as a gift. Other orders placed later have arrived, but mine hasn't. I'd like a refund to buy a birthday present elsewhere since today was the intended day to gift it. I've been a loyal customer, but the products received differ from what was advertised. I purchased a p20 smartphone which has been troublesome since the third week. I contacted Wish customer care just after the 30-day return period. They assured me they would resolve the issue with the shop owner. After a factory reset recommended by the owner, the phone worked well for a few weeks before acting up again. While charging last Sunday, I noticed the phone and the charging cable were excessively hot, which poses a safety risk. I have stopped using the phone and am eager to return it for a refund. Please don't direct me to warranty information as the item should have a 12-month warranty given its price. I received the phone in December. I would appreciate a phone call at [redacted]8 or an email at [redacted] to provide me with the shipping details for the return. I believe the phone poses a danger of causing a fire. I recently placed an order with your company, and there seems to have been a mistake on your end. After successfully ordering once before, my second order for $[redacted] seemed to have issues. I received a confirmation number but the items were never shipped, and my Discover card confirmed a refund. Now, when I try to place a new order, I'm encountering problems with my user account. I haven't experienced these issues with other online platforms like Amazon or eBay. I am frustrated with the lack of assistance I have received regarding my order placed on 03/12/19. Out of the seven items I ordered, only six cheap items were delivered, while the expensive phone is still missing. Despite reaching out via email 10 times, I have not received a response. Furthermore, the website and app show no order history, making it impossible to contact support. This situation is incredibly frustrating, especially since there is no working phone number to call for assistance. I urge the company to refund the money back to my card promptly and resolve this issue or we will take our business elsewhere.

I purchased a phone online, but received a different model than described. The phone does not work with my carrier as listed. After numerous emails back and forth, they initially asked me to send it to the sender on the package, which I'm glad I didn't do. Instead, they finally provided a label to return it to a facility in Arizona, at my expense. Despite sending it back, I have not received a refund. They keep asking me to reopen the ticket, but I cannot do so as it's being processed for a refund. I've been given the run-around for weeks. Today, they are claiming I'm outside the 30-day return window, but I've been actively trying to get my money back within that time frame. I'm frustrated as I paid for a phone that doesn't suit my needs and wasn't the one I ordered, along with the additional cost to return it.

I placed an order on wish.com on March 9, [redacted]. Tracking was available until March 18 when the item arrived in the United States. The original arrival date was April 15, but it was changed to April 22. Changing the arrival date on the day it was supposed to arrive seems dishonest. The order was placed on March 9, received by the vendor on March 10, and arrived in the US on March 18, an 8-day turnaround per wish.com standards. However, from the arrival in the US to April 15 is 28 days, making it a total of 36 days since the order was received by wish.com. This delay is much longer than anticipated. Changing the arrival date 36 days after ordering and 28 days after arriving in the US is not acceptable. This experience shows a lack of service and possibly fraudulent practices. I hope for a prompt response or will consider further action.

I am experiencing issues with two orders and three items from your company. The specific products are the Camera and Screws (Order number: 5BDF4BEBC885B118C83BA6A1) and the Toilet Light (Order number: 5BD7375E5BCDC02285FF17D7). I have been communicating with Hasmyrra regarding this matter, but it seems like a repetitive cycle. I would like the products to be shipped as soon as possible.
It is concerning that I did not receive any notification about the delay in the delivery of these items, which were ordered back in December [redacted]. This issue has caused me to miss the criteria for PayPal credit. I have already paid for these items and have provided pictures to Hasmyrra, but the emails are becoming redundant.

I received a message citing weather delays with an estimated arrival date of 4-23-19, with instructions to contact support if it doesn't arrive by March 23 or 28. For the past five weeks, I have been trying to resolve the issue of not receiving two items, cologne, that I ordered. I am still waiting for a refund of $9 and $11. Despite being told it would take 7 to 10 days, this has been extended three times. I have reached out through emails and various channels but have seen no progress. I am facing numerous issues with my recent orders, making it very challenging for me. In November, I returned oversized boots, incurring a $23.50 return fee, only to receive them back. The solar fountain I received does not function. Instead of mustard yellow leather shoes, I received ill-fitting metallic gold ones. The ordered makeup bag arrived in pale grey instead of the desired darker color, rendering it unusable. The XL grey knit jacket was too small, and I received unsolicited XXXL and unsized black and peach jackets. I wanted beige. The black dog seat covers did not meet my needs. A wrap bracelet meant for my daughter honoring her grandmother turned out to be for a grandson. The weed whacker I received is ineffective even for cutting paper. While I have had positive experiences with some orders, the current situation is frustrating. I am struggling with customer service's lack of assistance and automated communication. On April 15th, my credit card information was used to place an order without my consent. After contacting customer support, they assured me the order would be canceled, but only one item was actually canceled. Despite having multiple items in my shopping cart, I was never prompted to input my card information during checkout. The order was processed using my card details from a previous purchase, without authorization, and with an unexpectedly high $84 shipping fee. I have several items in my cart that I want to purchase but keep encountering "sold out" messages for everything I try to buy. My main concern is the request for a copy of my bank statement when I proceed to pay. I find this unnecessary as I haven't bought anything from you in over a year, and my payment method is usually a credit card, not reflected in a bank statement. This request is making the purchasing process unnecessarily complicated. I have been a satisfied Wish customer in the past, but this new policy is both excessive and off-putting. All that should be required is a working credit card, as you are not an exclusive club that demands identification for purchases.

I would like to understand why customer support has been blocked for me due to too many refunds. I certainly don't do it because I enjoy not paying; on the contrary, in the last incident, if you check, I had asked if it was possible to have the missing remote control sent by the supplier, as it was clearly stated in the description, but you immediately proceeded with the refund.
Furthermore, what should I do about a cover that arrived with a design in low resolution? And orders that are 2 months late?
I am truly shocked. Moreover, I now needed assistance because I have an issue with a package that I am unsure whether the courier had problems with the address or if they haven't come by yet, but you have blocked me so I can't ask anyone.

I forgot my account password and when I clicked on "forgot password," I entered my email to receive a link to reset it. However, I never received the email despite trying multiple times. I attempted using a different email and miraculously it worked. After changing the password successfully, I still couldn't log in. This has been ongoing for weeks, and I'm feeling really frustrated. I recently noticed two unauthorized charges on my bank card - $64.75 and $16.45. I did not make these purchases and have already contacted my bank to start the dispute process. The total amount of $81.20 for 5 pairs of underwear doesn't make sense, as they were advertised at $0.95 each. Additionally, the jeans I received are two sizes too big, and the tag has been cut, making it hard to determine the correct size. I will be returning those as well. The only charge I did authorize was $29.00. I am disappointed as I thought this was a reliable shopping option, especially since I am mostly homebound.
