I contacted your customer service twice regarding unauthorized charges on my account. I was informed that my phone had been hacked and was advised not to use my cards. I reported several items I did not order, including skirts, shirts, and now a 15-inch watch with a purple ribbon. I was assured that the unauthorized items would be removed, but on both occasions, the calls were abruptly disconnected despite my polite demeanor. Despite this, it appears that the items I did not authorize have still been shipped. Your staff mentioned mentioning security concerns originating from Iraq and Tennessee. The fluctuating refund amounts discussed raised confusion. I was initially told it would be $[redacted], then $45 in a subsequent call, which I found surprising as this was for my protection. I purchased a metal detector on your website, but it hasn't arrived yet. The purchase was made on April 13th, and the delivery date has shifted a few times. The estimated arrival was May 13th, then moved to May 20th, and now it's past that date with no delivery. I also bought a swimming pool which arrived in 3 weeks. Since then, there have been no further updates, and, unexpectedly, the delivery date passed without my agreement, resulting in a refund. I have been trying to resolve a situation with my recent orders from June 6th and June 8th. After placing the orders and receiving confirmation, I was surprised to see them being declined shortly after. Despite this, my money was still deducted from my account. I have encountered issues with overcharging before due to discrepancies in prices based on color or size variations. I have previously used a roommate's credit card for purchases, but after multiple overcharging incidents and lack of refunds, I switched back to using my debit card. I am disappointed by the incomplete orders from Wish, as well as the ongoing problem with refund discrepancies. I have reached out to my debit card company to investigate these transactions and I am withholding from making any new purchases until this matter is resolved. I have provided various forms of identification to Wish and have documented all my purchases. Your failure to address and rectify this issue has led me to cease being a customer of Wish.

I am having trouble with processing a return. There is no clear guidance from the company regarding the return procedure. I am considering reaching out to the Attorney General's office if a resolution is not provided promptly. The quality of the item received is extremely poor, and I am unsatisfied with the service provided. Despite my attempts to provide the necessary information for the return, the system does not allow me to submit it. I will be sending the consumer protection form through the mail today to address this ongoing issue.

On June 6th, I added $85 to my account, followed by another $50 on June 8th. However, shortly after confirming the second payment, it was declined and my money was kept. They requested a bank statement, but I don't have a bank account, only a debit card. I provided my ID and social security cards, along with photos of the Wish packages. I noticed they were processing four items and overcharged me. I have evidence of everything, and I demand a refund. I want all current orders cancelled until this issue is sorted out. They still owe me from a previous order two months ago, as I only received 70% of my items. I will not use this app anymore due to unresolved issues. I've seen reviews of other customers not being reimbursed for undelivered items. They owe me approximately $[redacted], which is on my roommate's account. My debit card company is investigating the matter.

I have a 12-year-old daughter who has been wanting to buy school clothes and items I can purchase weekly. Last night, she was making a wishlist while I was receiving medical assistance for a seizure. This morning, my 4-year-old son unintentionally placed an order for $[redacted].60 on my phone while I was showering, which I cannot afford to pay today. I am 58 years old, not in good health, and currently raising a family for the second time as my husband works as a truck driver. I need to pay a utility bill and buy groceries as well. I purchased three items, a Drone valued at approximately $40, a his and hers rings set necklace priced around $10, and a [redacted]-piece body piercing jewelry set. Today, which is the 15th, I was supposed to receive the necklace and body jewelry, but I haven't received either. I updated my credit card information, but the Wish platform won't accept it. I am reaching out for the 5th or 6th time concerning a 70-inch TV I ordered on 4/10/18 that I have yet to receive. About a week and a half ago, I requested a refund on my card since I am unlikely to ever receive the item. Despite your instructions to visit a certain page and provide information, I have been unable to access it, and it seems like my order history has been deleted as well. The page where I could access my account no longer exists. I placed an order on 4/10/18 that was never delivered, so I kindly ask you to refund the money to my card promptly instead of sending me in circles. I have yet to receive my free wallet that was supposed to arrive on June 12th. The tracking information only shows details about airports and not about the delivery. I paid £70 for this order and based on your mixed reviews, I am unsure about the quality of service I will receive. If necessary, I can easily dispute the charge with my credit card company. Do I need to sign for shipments from China or the USA, or will it be handled by Royal Mail? I have had bad experiences with Yodel in the UK before. Hi, I received a WhatsApp message yesterday indicating that the item has been delivered, but I did not receive anything. I checked the Wish app on my mobile to confirm the shipping address in the order details, and it was indeed correct. I then called Canada Post and provided them with the tracking number. I discovered that the item was delivered to a different address in a different province (Edmonton, Alberta) and not to the correct address I had provided in the shipping details. Since it is an international parcel, the Canada Post agent advised me to contact Wish and ask them to reach out to the seller to contact China Post to launch an investigation regarding the delivery to the wrong address.

I recently placed an order on WISH but immediately decided to cancel it. However, they still sent me the items. Additionally, I did not authorize the two subsequent orders they charged to my card, and the third order was made accidentally while browsing. The items I did receive were supposed to be cancelled. I do not want the second and third orders and I'm requesting a refund to my card. I am greatly dissatisfied with the lack of customer service as I cannot reach anyone over the phone. If the two additional orders are not refunded promptly, I will have to escalate this matter to the Better Business Bureau and seek legal advice. It was promised that I could cancel or return the order, but this has not been resolved as agreed.
