I am having trouble loading my signature. I have been trying for five days without success. Despite sending multiple requests for assistance, I have not received any help. I am looking to speak with someone who can guide me through the upload process. The screen I see does not match the screen shown in your instructional video. I am feeling frustrated as I can't find where to go to upload my signature. At the moment, instead of feeling satisfied with the service, your company is causing me stress and discomfort.
In April [redacted], I signed up for Pro with a 50% discount, leading to a charge of half of $69.60. Unaware it was a recurring yearly payment, I was surprised when Wisestamp charged my account $69.60 in April [redacted] without my consent. Despite emailing support multiple times, there has been no response since Wisestamp lacks phone support. I am seeking a refund and wish to cancel my subscription.
