I have reported these crimes against humanity to the Department of Justice on 1-3-[redacted]. I, Terry B., have been a victim of what appears to be gangstalking. I created a website hoping to stop them. The use of Directed Energy Weapons on people needs to cease. Here is some insight into my experiences: A Gresham Police Officer shared that those behind these crimes will not stop until they destroy lives. When I asked for help, the officer expressed fear for themselves and their children. A Portland city police officer acknowledged the validity of my website but stated they couldn't assist due to specific instructions. Senator Jeff Merkley was informed by a Portland Police Officer that the FBI is involved, which impedes them from helping. An ex-Portland Police Officer and an ex-FBI agent both affirmed the reality of these crimes. The ex-FBI agent acknowledged that behavioral modification divisions utilize Directed Energy Weapons. They revealed that these crimes have evolved into a form of torture against humanity. I have detailed some of the horrendous attacks I've endured, and now even my mother is being targeted.
