I typically shop at Publix, but recently visited Winn Dixie. While in the product department, I couldn't find ripe avocados, so I took one from a multi pack. I also checked some cherry tomatoes nearby and found them to be mushy. Later, at checkout, an employee from produce aggressively insisted I buy the whole pack of avocados and accused me of taking a single tomato. I tried explaining, but she yelled at me in front of others. I admit my mistake as I'm used to different store policies. I don't regret checking the tomatoes' ripeness. The employee's behavior was unacceptable. I'm a 40-year-old teacher, not a troublemaker. I felt humiliated and won't return to Winn Dixie. The employee was a white woman in her twenties with a messy bun and freckles, who appeared threatening. I hope the surveillance footage captures the incident.

I am often at the store on Bird Rd. and [redacted] Ave. I am quite disappointed with the customer service I received. When I asked for a money order, the girl at the customer service desk told me she needed to fetch someone, who turned out to be a customer service manager named Lucy. Although it's understandable to have to wait, basic manners like saying "give me a moment please" or "I'll be right with you" seem to be lacking. This is not the first instance of poor service I've encountered. Customer service staff should remember to treat customers with care and respect. If they are unable to do so, they may not be suited for customer-facing roles.

I purchased a $50.00 gift card just before Covid-19 hit Florida. Unfortunately, the cashier at the store is unable to process the card. I have contacted customer support, but they seem unable to assist me. I have left several messages for the store manager, Eden, but have not received any callbacks. During my recent visit to the store, Eden was unhelpful and refused to address the issue with my card. When I requested the District Manager's contact information, Eden was dismissive and walked away. Despite my persistence, he continued to avoid helping me. After some back and forth, he inquired about the card balance and rudely stated he wouldn't give me the $50.00 on the card. I clarified that I was only seeking the district manager's contact details. It’s disheartening to be treated this way as a loyal customer. This experience has left me very disappointed in Eden's behavior at the Aventura store.

I have spent over $[redacted] this month alone but have not received my $10 off $50 savings reward. I used to only shop at Publix but switched to Winn Dixie last year for savings, but have not received any rewards despite my purchases totaling over $[redacted] in previous months. Yesterday evening at 7:15 PM on March 27th, [redacted], I was at the Winn Dixie store in Golden Gate, Florida purchasing Florida Lottery, Mega Millions, and two Powerball tickets for the upcoming Monday to Wednesday draws. I provided the clerk with slips that only had the numbers filled out and no additional options selected. However, when the tickets were printed, all the multipliers were mistakenly applied to them. After some confusion, a manager intervened, canceled the incorrect tickets, and reprinted the tickets correctly. It seems that the initial clerk manually entered the multipliers without my consent. It would be beneficial for the staff to undergo some additional training to prevent this from happening in the future.
