I am uncertain why this occurred, as I made sure to respond promptly within the required time frame. This is a frustrating situation for me as a new host on this platform, and I want to ensure I do not miss out on future bookings. I appreciate any guidance on how to avoid such issues in the future.

I recently reached out to customer service but only received an automated response that did not address my issue. After trying to call, I was redirected to a retailer which was not helpful. I am unhappy with the customer service experience so far.
The issue is related to signing up as a host on Wimdu. I am facing trouble getting the house ad online as your system is not accepting the addresses I input. In Greece, it is common for vacation houses not to have a street address, causing difficulty for me. I am unable to enter nearby addresses as well.
I would appreciate prompt assistance on this matter. If not resolved quickly, I will have to cancel my account. Thank you.

Dear Wimdu Support, I am Michael Manolo Russo, the owner of Villa Maiani SAS with the reference code PKPY8RBA. I want to inform you that my bank, Poste Italiane, has updated the bank details for Posta Pay Evolution. The change includes the BIC SWIFT code and the first ten digits of the IBAN number, effective from November [redacted]. I have updated my profile on Wimdu with the new IBAN IT08A[redacted][redacted]93 and BIC SWIFT code PPAYITR1XXX, although it was not recognized. Therefore, I have also included the previous bank details that were accepted by Wimdu. I kindly request assistance in processing this change to accept the new banking information. I have been attempting to contact your customer service line but have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone. Are you no longer open for assistance on the weekends? I used to get through Monday to Saturday from 3AM to 2PM Eastern Time (9AM to 8PM Central European Time). Please confirm the operating hours considering Daylight Savings Time adjustments. On Sundays, the hours were from 3AM to 12PM Eastern Time (9AM to 6PM Central European Time).

I am experiencing an issue with Wimdu. My boyfriend and I paid a $[redacted] deposit for an apartment and were supposed to receive the keys on 11/22/19, which was a Friday. However, we have not received them yet. Initially, my boyfriend was supposed to get the keys, but due to a delay, I had to wait an extra two weeks. It's now 11/23/19 and we still have not received the keys. I am very disappointed with the service. I had to send the money twice because the system was down. Despite that, I have not received my rental package. I am extremely upset and hesitant about having to involve the police in resolving this matter. I will give it one more day, but if my rental package is not here by the afternoon of 11/23/19, I will have to contact the authorities to either get my money back or my rental package.
