I have been experiencing an issue for about two months. Despite two attempts to address it, I had to call for the third time last week. The situation is now worse than ever. I was informed that a ticket was created for corporate, but I have not received any follow-up. Numerous emails are being returned to me as undeliverable. I have forwarded these to the designated email address, as advised by a representative, but they keep bouncing back. Last week, I received 53 undeliverable emails and repeats. Some messages mention that certain providers are blocked, including Verizon and AOL. Although some errors indicate a permanent failure, I am confident the email addresses are accurate. Please resolve this issue permanently as I urgently require access to my email. Thank you.
