WiTpoia Customer Service Issues

For the past 4-5 days, I've been experiencing timeouts when trying to reach Amazon sites through some US servers on OpenVPN. Additionally, certain Google services, like voice on my PC, are not working properly. I have the latest updates installed on my system. My setup includes Firefox 72.0.2 with Google and Amazon Container extensions. I also use NoScript, but I have whitelisted these sites and don't suspect it is causing the issue. My PC is a Gigabyte Aero with an i7 7700HQ processor, and my home network setup consists of a 16-port 10G switch connected to port 2 of an EdgeRouter 4. Everything was working fine until around 4-5 days ago.
