I am requesting assistance with receiving a refund return slip that I did not receive. I have been attempting to contact customer service for several weeks regarding a delayed shipment that arrived a day after I needed it for my vacation. Unfortunately, 3/4 of the clothing items are too large, while some are too small at the waist. Despite my initial email stating the urgency of receiving the items by a specific date, there has been limited communication. The phone numbers I called led me to a sweepstakes line and an instruction to email again. The lack of response and communication methods have been frustrating, especially considering the amount paid for these clothes. I am disappointed by the difficulty in obtaining a resolution and urgently request a response. Thank you.

Case [redacted] involving Christina N.
I am frustrated with the lack of response from [redacted], despite reaching out for over a month. I have made multiple requests to speak with a manager to address the issues, with no success. I have evidence of the poor customer service through email correspondence and demand a resolution promptly. I have even sought legal advice and will escalate this matter to the BBB if necessary. Despite returning items at my own expense due to sizing and quality issues, I am being offered a gift card instead of a refund to my bank account. I insist on a phone call from a company representative to resolve the refund and shipping problems immediately. Please, no more emails, I require a human response from corporate urgently.

Regarding Order #[redacted]0,
I recently received my order which included only two out of the five items I purchased. I'm missing the following items:
- W[redacted]-OS
- W[redacted]-OS
I have already emailed you regarding this issue but have not received a response. I also tried calling, but I got disconnected after explaining the situation.
I would appreciate it if you could provide an explanation for why these items are missing and if possible, could you please send them to me as soon as possible? These items were intended as Christmas gifts. If it's not possible to send them, could I receive a refund instead?
