Western Dental Customer Service Issues

I had an implant placed in [redacted], but it has never felt right. I recently switched dentists and need to find out the manufacturer and size of my implant to avoid removal surgery. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to contact the San Mateo office where the implant was done. When I visited the office in person, I was unable to get the information needed. I was given a specific number to call, but it always redirects me to the national service center. I even tried faxing them with no success. My experience at Western Dental has been frustrating, with long wait times and lack of resolution. I believe my current issue could be resolved more easily if the original dentist who did my implant was still there, but I was informed that he no longer works at Western Dental.
