I have resided in my semi-detached house, built around [redacted], since May [redacted] at [redacted]. Recently, my neighbor passed away, and the son who obtained the property is renovating it. However, I have been informed that the shared cesspit we've been utilizing for 21 years is no longer allowed. Both houses have been directing wastewater into this joint cesspit, which has been reliable. The neighbor is suggesting the installation of a new joint Klargester on his property for us to continue using it. I reside in Beanacre and I am uncertain about investing in a Klargester system if connecting to the main drainage is an option. I would appreciate clarification on this matter.

Hello, I haven't had running water since December 30th, [redacted] at 91 St. Michael's Road in BH2 5DR, Bournemouth. The letting agent mentioned it's due to works being done by WEssex Water in the area, but I haven't found any information indicating work in our immediate location, only in Winton. Could you confirm if there are works impacting the water supply in BH2 or nearby affecting Palm beach Hotel? I am considering contacting the Environmental Health Office regarding my landlord if the situation persists. The water pressure has been very low, making it difficult to shower or even flush the toilet; this has been particularly inconvenient given my current circumstances. Working in a nursing home with Covid cases, it's essential to maintain hygiene standards. Please provide clarification on any ongoing works in BH2 that might be causing these issues. Thank you.
