I am dissatisfied with the response I received over the phone. I placed an order for 5 Santa letters on October 19, and it is now December 20, yet the children have not received them. When I called on December 16 to inquire, a supervisor assured me they were on their way. Today, December 20, another supervisor said the same. I am frustrated with the constant excuses. I have been ordering Santa letters for years without issue, but this time it has been two months with no delivery. I demand a refund and will not be using your services again. I hope to hear from you promptly.

Regarding order #SO[redacted]26, I need to make a correction to the shipping address. It should read as follows: Maggie Frances Rivera, [redacted] S. Plymouth, Chicago, IL [redacted], instead of [redacted] S. Plymouth. Please update this information accordingly. Thank you, Ronald Sochor.
