Waste Connections Inc. Customer Service Issues

I contacted Waste Connection on Wilson Road regarding my missing bills and spoke with staff member Veronica. I explained that I had not received a bill for months and had been sending estimated payments. I mentioned getting bill information from Teressa, who no longer works there, and Veronica defended that Teressa wasn't overcharging me. When I asked for Veronica's last name, she stated she was the only Veronica in the office and declined to provide it. She did share that the Supervisor's name is Stephanie Aguilar but couldn't transfer me to her. As a long-time customer, I am disappointed by the lack of customer service displayed by this employee, as it contradicts Waste Connection's mission of treating customers with value and respect. I have provided my details to Waste Connection in Alvin to address this issue with Stephanie Aguilar.

I arranged for a mattress pick-up on April 7, however, the date was changed to April 8 without my consent. Unfortunately, the pick-up was refused, and the mattress was left in the driveway. I insist on the pick-up happening today. If this cannot be guaranteed, I request a refund so I can seek alternative options.
