I received an Administrative Dissolution notification on 5/3/[redacted]. During a call with a representative in April, I was informed that I had submitted the wrong Annual Report. Subsequently, I completed and returned the correct report along with a $20.00 check on 4/18/[redacted]. I confirmed the check cleared on 4/26/[redacted]. I also kept a copy of the signed report for my records dated 4/15/[redacted]. As I reside in a small town, I mailed the documents via regular USPS. I am reaching out to ensure the receipt of the submitted paperwork and to address any potential errors promptly. I appreciate your attention to this matter.
