On the day scheduled for a phone hearing about my claim, I received a call saying it was canceled. I confirmed I had filed correctly for that week. The representative assured me the hearing was canceled because she could see the proper filing. She confirmed I was not in trouble nor owed any money. Despite ongoing automated calls, I was unable to reach them. They ended up garnishing $37.10 from my wages without my consent for multiple pay periods. Feeling helpless, I didn't contest it. But almost a year later, the deductions have resumed. This situation feels unjust, and I'm frustrated. I want a refund of the deducted amounts and believe I should be compensated for this ordeal. If this isn't resolved to my satisfaction, I will seek legal support. I believe an attorney could assist in recovering my funds, clearing my record, and compensating me for the trouble and stress.

My stepson, Remy Sherman, collected an overpayment and still owed approximately $18, but as he is in Thailand, I sent a check to cover the amount. I received a receipt indicating it was paid in full with a zero balance. Upon checking, I found that the check was cashed. Recently, I received a letter from the KC Superior Court mentioning the state acknowledging a release in full and a warrant being docketed as a release thereof. I am uncertain if the debt is paid off, or if a warrant is issued for Remy. I want to ensure he will not face any issues when he returns for Christmas. I prefer phone communication but experienced a long wait time on the helpline at [redacted]. Please assist me in clarifying this matter. Thank you for your help. Kerry B. Email: [redacted] Cause# [redacted]. Thank you, KB

For the past two years, I have been seeking guidance on obtaining references for jobs that align with my professional abilities, but have faced challenges in acquiring the necessary support. Despite reaching out to various channels such as state representatives and ESD, I have not received the assistance needed to secure employment that matches my skill set. The current recommendation of entry-level minimum wage positions does not align with my qualifications as a journeyman, and I am eager to find a role that offers a fair wage of $18 per hour or higher commensurate with my expertise. I am still hopeful for a breakthrough in my job search within my locality, and am eagerly awaiting a response from a resource that can aid me in this endeavor.

I have been attempting to reach ESD for the past week, and it has been incredibly difficult to get through. The phone line either disconnects due to high call volumes, gives a busy signal, or remains silent for around 19 seconds before disconnecting. I urgently need to speak with a representative as my small business has been impacted by Covid-related layoffs, and my claim has been incorrectly labeled as "disqualified." I have provided all the necessary documentation and more, including letters explaining my situation, but my claim has not been processed. As a mother of two, I am struggling to support my children, especially since the IRS did not allow me to update my direct deposit information for the stimulus payment. I am still waiting for the payment to be issued by mail. Please, can someone assist me in contacting ESD?

I am questioning the reason for receiving a perplexing letter today, Friday, May 8, [redacted], from your department in Spanish regarding SEAP and WorkSource employment assistance. A letter number and case number were provided. I am surprised by this communication as I am 68 years old, have been working at the same job for 30 years, and am not interested in changing employment. Please rectify this situation promptly and remove my name from your employment records. Thank you.

My unemployment payment was delayed by two days 32 days ago, and now the website states that my last four payments are pending. Upon looking into the reason, it indicates that the issue is awaiting adjudication for a case from two years ago that should no longer matter due to the time elapsed. I have met the qualifications for benefits multiple times over in terms of both hours and earnings. Despite this, I am facing significant difficulties, as the unemployment department's hotline appears to be unresponsive, leaving me feeling frustrated and unheard after numerous attempts to reach out for assistance.

I am experiencing a frustrating situation with ESD. Like many others, my unresolved claim has been pending for almost 3 months. The website only states that my claim is under review without providing any further details or instructions to help move it along. The lack of clear communication from the agency is incredibly frustrating, almost to the point of being unacceptable. Unfortunately, I am unable to even call in and wait on hold to speak with a representative. It's been a challenging experience trying to get answers or assistance during this time.

After my employment with the US Census Bureau from December [redacted] to my Not To Exceed date of September 25, [redacted], I realized there was an issue with the reporting of my hours which led to my unemployment claim being denied. I recently received a D-[redacted] Earnings Statement for the week ending 9/26/[redacted] which confirmed my [redacted] hours worked through September 25, [redacted]. I have submitted the necessary forms to Employment Security but have not received confirmation. I am unsure if my hours for the 4th quarter of [redacted] and the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd quarters of [redacted] have been reported. I have been struggling to reach anyone for assistance, including a Texas contractor who was unable to help. Despite the workforce office in Olympia being shown as open online, it has been closed every time I have visited. I have attempted to contact the Regional Offices of the US Census in LA and Washington DC without success. I am seeking guidance on how to verify if my hours have been reported and the status of my claim. Thank you.

I have been trying to contact employment security via phone and their online portal since May, but have not received a response. Every time I call, the line disconnects, stating they are busy. I have requested a call back or guidance on who to contact but have not received any assistance. This issue with my claim has persisted since May [redacted], and I am unable to find a resolution. I reached out to the Governor's office, who mentioned a response within two weeks, but I did not receive any follow-up. The provided number for general problems was also unhelpful. This situation is incredibly stressful and frustrating. It seems as though my concerns are being ignored possibly due to the longevity of the problem. It is vital that a system is in place to address and solve these issues promptly as Employment Security exists to aid individuals. The current circumstances make this difficulty even more distressing.

Hello, my name is James A. Pogue. I was receiving PUA from unemployment. I filed my claims weekly, but a couple of months ago, I had trouble logging in and couldn't reach anyone at the unemployment [redacted] number. I was informed that I could file weekly over the phone, which I did. The system said "claim accepted" after each call, so I assumed everything was fine. Recently, I managed to reset my email and password for the unemployment website. Upon logging in, I found several confusing messages and letters indicating I needed to answer questions to remain eligible. Some even mentioned existing claims with the railroad in another state and receiving private income protection insurance, which I've never applied for. I rectified the missed questions, but I'm baffled by these references. My PUA claim was denied due to this. I've been trying to contact the [redacted] number and sending messages to unemployment without any response. I also failed to find any information about the supposed existing claim with the railroad or private income protection insurance. I appreciate any help with this issue. Thank you, James A. Pogue.
