Every time I call [redacted] I receive a busy signal instead of the 6-minute wait time mentioned. After a minute or two, it goes to a phone off-the-hook sound. Vivid Seats contacted me yesterday (12-10) to offer a refund but only $21.00 per ticket out of the $[redacted].41 I paid for three tickets. I declined the lesser amount, which they said was due to the game already being played. They suggested it was my fault for their late call. I unsubscribed from their ticket emails upon receiving it. I am disappointed that the Capitals are associated with this company. I didn't watch the Capitals game on TV on Monday night as I would have likely rooted for the Blue Jackets, even though I'm the biggest homer you've ever seen.
