I bought a WMK600 SERIES double Belgian waffle maker in September [redacted]. It's used moderately in a two-person household. The plastic has broken twice on it. The first time, the pocket holding the spring and ball for rotation fractured, causing a lack of tension in maintaining the horizontal position. The second time, the boss holding the black cap for rotation broke. The gradual breakdown is disappointing; we expected a more durable unit. The use of plastic in these critical stress points seems like a design flaw. Although it's past the warranty period, I wanted to offer constructive feedback. I have a photo of the area where the black cap fractured for reference. Thank you.

Hello,
I bought a Waring Pro TCO650 Digital Convection Oven on 05/05/[redacted]. I want to inform the company about a potential fire hazard concerning this product. Both heating elements have arched, starting with the back one followed by the front one. The front element's arching has caused contact with the bottom tray, raising the tray's temperature. This could lead to a fire if oil or residue is present on the tray.
We predominantly toast or bake with the oven. Baking is typically done at [redacted]/[redacted] degrees for 18 minutes, while toasting is done for 1-5 minutes. I believe this constitutes normal usage and I am surprised by the product's performance. I urge the company to investigate this product for any possible defects.
Currently, I am only using the oven under supervision and plan to replace it soon. I can provide photos of the arched elements upon request.

Hello,
I attempted to use your online customer reports page, but encountered a problem where the send button transitions from green to black without initiating any action. I have an immersion blender model WSB40E/K that has been broken for a while. Upon discovering it behind my drawers, I recalled being advised to return it to the original vendor for assistance, which poses a challenge since I do not remember the specific vendor without sifting through numerous invoices from the past. The issue appears to involve the main shaft no longer connecting the motor to the blade, resulting in loud noise but no spinning. Despite minimal usage, I wish to explore whether an engineer could potentially repair the blender by replacing parts. It seems wasteful to dispose of it without attempting to fix the problem. Although the warranty has expired due to its extended period of inactivity, I am interested in sending it for assessment by a professional.
Best regards,
Gary

Hello,
I woke up this morning smelling burning rubber. When I went downstairs, I found my blender running by itself, grinding down rubber and gears. Leading up to this, I noticed that the timer was malfunctioning and turning on by itself, so I would unplug it to prevent any issues. Unfortunately, this time it still caused a potential fire hazard in my kitchen. I am disappointed that this incident occurred and now I am facing a loss of $[redacted].
Best regards,
Michael

I was gifted a Waring Pro Professional Cordless Wine Opener Model WWO100PC a couple of years ago and stored it in a dry and cool place. When I recently took it out, I noticed that the black rubber covering is sticky. I tried cleaning it with a damp cloth and rubbing alcohol as suggested online, but it didn't work. I haven't used the opener or exposed it to any damaging conditions, so I'm puzzled about why this happened. I would appreciate any advice on how to clean it and prevent this issue in the future. Thank you for your help. - Susan A.

I submitted a message to Waring Pro regarding my professional 10-speed hand mixer model WHM100W on Feb 1, [redacted], but have yet to receive a reply as of today, Feb 11, [redacted].
After much consideration, I selected the Waring Pro hand mixer due to its unique 'slower' low-speed setting. Recently, while using the mixer, one of the beaters detached, followed by the other beater falling out during the next use. Upon inspection, I discovered small white plastic components that act as small "fingers" to secure the beaters were broken.
Is there a solution to this issue with the beaters not staying in place on the mixer? Could you please provide replacement parts to address this problem?
