I need help with my online order for two same-day photo calendars. After speaking with a Walmart.com supervisor, I was advised to contact you for assistance. It seems my order is stuck in processing, as confirmed by your system, although the store claims they have not received it. I paid an additional $10 for same-day service, and it is disappointing that my order has not been processed promptly.

I purchased two fleece Sherpa blankets from Walmart's photo kiosk, but they were not the ones I ordered. Both blankets were made of fleece instead of the mix I paid for. I only noticed the mistake when I got home. Upon returning them, an employee suggested I reorder online, have it shipped to Walmart, and then exchange them. However, when I tried to place the order, it required payment and did not provide the option to pay at the store. What can I do in this situation?

I recently placed an order for Christmas cards, but the website was not functioning correctly. When I tried to correct the error, the order was duplicated instead of fixed. After speaking with various customer service representatives, I was reassured by a helpful young man that the incorrect order was canceled, and I would receive a refund. However, I have yet to see the credit on my account, and I am concerned that the issue may not have been resolved as promised. I am unsure whether I should open the package I received. My main priority is to receive the correct cards I ordered and not be charged twice. Thank you.

I recently received my custom business cards, but unfortunately, they were left on the ground by the delivery person, and my dogs got to them before I even knew they were there. The cards are now completely ruined, and I can't use any of them. I believe the situation could have been avoided if the cards were placed in a safer spot. I have photos to show the damage. I would appreciate it if I could either get a free resend of the cards or receive a refund so I can reorder them.

Hello. I am looking to enlarge a photo to 24 x 36" for a rehearsal dinner display on an easel. I visited my local Walmart, but the poster material was too light, and I worry about it being blown away. If I order online, could the print come with a heavier backing than poster board? I find canvas too thick, so I am seeking something sturdier than a standard poster. I have been experiencing difficulties editing my photos on the Walmart app for the past week. When I upload the photos to the site, it works fine. However, when I try to edit a photo by clicking the edit button, the site freezes and eventually shuts down. I have attempted this on my desktop, Samsung Note, and phone, but encounter the same issue on all three devices. Clearing cookies and history did not resolve the problem. I have been a long-time user of this app and have always been satisfied with the quality of my Walmart pictures. Could you please provide some guidance on how to address this issue? Thank you.

On August 13, [redacted], My name is Brad, and I need a photo printed urgently in 20x30 size. After facing technical difficulties ordering online, I visited my local Walmart where their printer was out of service. Frustrated, I returned home and attempted to order online again, finally succeeding after multiple tries. Although I wanted to pick it up in-store, I had to settle for home delivery as I couldn't make it work. The website promised delivery within three days, but to my dismay, I received an email confirming delivery on August 23, which is 10 days away! This delay is unacceptable, especially since the poster is needed for an event on the 15th. I am extremely disappointed with Walmart's misleading advertising and unfulfilled promises.
