I need to update my account but cannot access it without my account number. Our paperwork has been stored away during our move, making it hard to locate. I have tried reaching out to the Bellevue, WA office with no success and emailed an agent without a response. I urgently require assistance since I am turning 70.5 and need to withdraw funds from my teacher's retirement account. I am willing to provide any necessary identification. I receive statements via email but am unable to log in to track activity. Kris Schilperoot was our previous agent, and I attempted to contact him at [redacted].
