Vydia Customer Service Issues

Vydia's customer service asked for proof of ownership for a release I submitted. I provided all the necessary information to show that I was the sole owner of the audio. Even though my account got suspended, I believe I should be given the chance to prove the ownership of all the titles I registered with Vydia. I'm willing to face any consequences if any of my titles violate Vydia's terms, but I would like to know specifically what violation I have made. I have given all the evidence and documents required, and I'm looking for a clear answer from Vydia regarding any mistakes I may have made.
