I would like to use the 25% first-time buyer discount code NEWVUORI-V1521 for my purchase. My order includes one Halo Essential Hoodie in Heather Grey size M for $84.00 and one Performance Jogger in Pale Heather Camo size S for $84.00. The subtotal is $[redacted].00, with a discount of $25.20 applied using the code, making the total $[redacted].80. However, at the payment page, the discount disappears and the cost shows as $[redacted]. I would appreciate assistance in applying the discount to my order.

On December 12, I purchased a Tradewind Performance Tee, and my credit card was charged $67.48 on December 14. However, I have yet to receive the item or a refund. I have two email addresses: [redacted] and [redacted] Unfortunately, I am unable to locate my order number.

I need help with resolving an issue with Vuori. I made a large order this summer but accidentally selected the wrong sizes. I returned the items on time with the order tags and receipts, but now I have to reorder them again and pay for shipping each time. I have already contacted Vuori and they approved return labels for two orders, but not for the third order. I have repurchased most of the items with the correct sizes, but I need new return labels for the approved returns sent again as I lost the emails on my new cell phone. I also need assistance with the third order as only one item needed to be returned and it was done correctly. Even though Vuori did not approve this return, I have the order label and invoice receipt to prove it. Can you please help me with this situation?

Today, I received my mini size shampoo and conditioner in the waterfall scent, but unfortunately, the soap was unwrapped and the whole box smells like mold. It looks like the soap leaked or got moldy inside. This was a birthday gift for me, and I am really disappointed. I've tried reaching out via email but have not received a response yet. I would appreciate it if someone could assist me with getting a replacement, possibly in a different scent, or a refund. Thank you for your help with this.
